I have booked a glamping pod, when can I check-in? And when do I have to check out?
You can check-in to your glamping pod from 14.00pm and ask that they are vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
How many people do the glamping pods sleep?
Occupation in the posh pods is limited to 2 people – we have 3 x double pods and 1 x twin pod. And the standard pods can sleep 4 people. Further information is available about our glamping pods.

Do you offer a discounted ticket to visit Banham Zoo?
Yes! Our guests get discounted tickets to Banham Zoo – just take your booking receipt to the Banham Zoo entrance to redeem. Want to visit more than once? Pay just £3 per person for a special ‘Pay once Passport*’ giving you unlimited access for the duration of your stay.
*Pay on first day of admission, valid during normal Zoo opening hours for a maximum of 7 days, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, excludes special evening events such as Zoo Do and the ZSEA Fun Run
Is it ok to bring my dog and is there an additional charge?
Dogs are very welcome to the Park on the understanding that they will never be left unattended on a pitch or anywhere else in the Park, and are kept on a lead at all times. The dog exercise area should be used and fouling in any area must be cleared up immediately. Dog bins are provided and spare bags are available from Park Reception. We do not charge any additional fees for dogs. Please note, dogs are not permitted to stay in our glamping pods.
If I have booked an electric pitch, how long does my electric lead need to be?
We would recommend 20 metres. Please note, you must not join cables together as it is not safe.
How large can my Caravan/ Motorhome/ Tent be on an electric pitch?
A maximum of 8 metres, however if you do require a larger pitch to accommodate something bigger please call the Park Reception on 01953 715319 before booking.
Can I bring a BBQ?
BBQs are allowed permitting they are raised off the grass and disposed of correctly using bins provided. Please note, open fires and fire pits are not permitted under any circumstances.
Do you allow late arrivals?
We do accept late arrivals after the Park Reception has closed (17:00pm weekdays, 14:00pm weekends) up until 20.30pm providing that any remaining balance has been paid 14 days before arrival. Please check in with our onsite wardens, who are located on the left just through the Park entrance, to be directed to your pitch and to collect your welcome brochure and wifi details.
Can I park next to my pitch/ glamping pod/ shepherd’s cabin?
Parking for 1 vehicle next to your pitch/ pod/ shepherd’s cabin is permitted. Any other vehicles or visiting guests are requested to use the car park located outside the Park Reception.
