FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How big are your pitches?

We have two different pitch sizes which are available with or without electric hook up:

    • Standard pitch – up to a maximum of 6m x 6m – grass or hard standing available
    • XL pitch – up to a maximum of 9m x 9m – grass, hard standing or fully serviced available
  • Can I bring a gazebo?

Yes, you’re very welcome to bring a gazebo. There is a small additional charge of £5 per night, which can be added when booking online or over the phone. For safety and space, gazebos are only permitted on our XL pitches and should be set up within your allocated pitch area, ensuring the 6m fire safety gap between pitches is kept clear.

  • Can I park a car on my pitch?

Yes, you can park one vehicle on your pitch, which is included in your pitch fee. If you wish to bring a second car, please use the car park located outside Park Reception.

  • Can I select a specific pitch when booking?

Yes, you can pick a specific pitch when making your booking, subject to availability. Our most popular pitches do tend to book up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred spot.

  • Can I book pitches next to each other?

Yes, you can book multiple pitches next to each other online, subject to availability. Simply select your first pitch and continue through the Optional Extras and Booking Details pages. When you reach the Basket page, you’ll have the option to ‘Add Another Booking’ - just be sure to choose neighbouring pitches if you’d like to be together. It’s helpful to have the Park Map open at the same time.

Each booking can be fully customised, with different check-in and check-out dates, guest numbers and pitch types if needed. If you’d prefer a little help, our friendly Booking Team will be happy to assist, just give us a call on 01953 715319.
