To ensure our guests have the best possible experience whilst staying at Applewood Countryside Park, we are recruiting for motivated and dedicated individuals to come and join our small but busy team. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
- Seasonal Reception & Reservations Assistant (May to October) – We’re looking for someone who cares passionately about customer service with a can-do attitude to be responsible for ensuring our guests are made to feel welcome from the moment they book their holiday with us. As the friendly face our guests speak to and meet, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and answering queries to handling guest feedback and going the extra mile with recommendations for local attractions and goings-on.
Regular working days will be Saturday and Sunday each week (9am-2.30pm) with additional days during the School Summer Holidays, which are likely to be a Wednesday and Friday (9am- 6pm).
