This October half term, Applewood Countryside Park is turning delightfully spooky! From leafy lanterns and creepy crafts to torchlight treasure hunts and ghoulish ghost-making, there’s plenty of fun and Halloween mischief for little monsters (and grown-up ghouls too!).

    No - all the Half Term Haunt activities are included with your stay, at no extra charge. So just turn up and enjoy the fun!

  • Are the craft materials provided?

    Yes! All craft materials are provided, so there’s no need to bring anything along for the craft sessions - just your creativity.

  • Do we need to bring anything with us?

    No - everything will be ready and waiting for you.

  • Do I need to book any of the activities in advance?

    No booking is required, all activities are drop-in. That said, it really helps our team to have an idea of numbers, so if you and your family would like to take part in any of the activities, just let us know when you arrive and check in at Park Reception.

  • Are the activities suitable for all ages?

    Yes! The Half Term Haunt activities are designed to be family-friendly, with a mix of calm, creative and energetic activities suitable for a range of ages.
